That was quite possibly the BEST Chinese food I've ever had! What's even better is it heats up well the next day! Tastes the same after being microwaved! I had the Basil Beef. It was savory, satisfying -- just as the menu described! The La Bella Rose was a really great drink, too. Yum!!

I love the amount of delicious food your able to receive and share in quantity! Super delicious food flavors and quality service. Always have leftovers to take home. Suggest coming at happy hour for discounts. Only issue I’ve had is the noise level is so high that it’s hard to speak to people.

One of THE BEST Chinese restaurant 's in town! Portion to pricing is excellent, flavor and presentation is superb, staff and bar is very friendly! Enjoyed the relaxed ambiance!

Way overpriced. Didn't like fried rice. Asked for non spicy tangerine chicken but came with red hot peppers so didn't eat much of it. Beef steak and onions too greasy. Curbside pickup only due Covid-19 but staff handled order process and questions with courtesy and patience.

Love this place! The food, ambience and service is fantastic. We went on a weekend night and we had a 45 min wait so we went to buskeys around the corner and I received a text when our table was ready. First time taking the girlfriend and we will definitely be back!

First time trying lunch. Definitely not as good as my dinner experiences. It's new Years Eve so maybe that's it. Service was good but the main course was a bit over cooked and a bit dry. The "box" lunc came with some type of sour artichoke dish. None who had it at our table liked it. I'll give them another chance sometime just in case this was a fluke.

This place is awesome. Vegan options available. The wait might be long if it's crowded, but you can hang out at the bar and have a drink and/or app while you wait. Once you sit down and order, your food is out instantly. 10/10 recommend

We had a great dining experience here on a Saturday night. I thought the chili dumplings, the stir fried noodles, the hot and sour soup, and the Fay Lo beef were excellent. The firecracker shrimp and the calamari were a little over breaded, actually they tasted more like tempura-battered, which was a little unusual. However the ingredients were fresh and well-executed.We had a very friendly waiter. She checked on us off and it made sure Waters were full. She also was very patient with us and gave great suggestions.The vibe here is somewhat club-like. There's loud music and limited lighting. Even if you're not into that kind of vibe, the food I think is worth it if you eat it there.

Delicious food and very friendly staff! The Basil Beef was amazing and they were able to easily switch out the sauce on a tofu dish so my vegetarian companion could avoid spice.It's also loud - music and chatter - so if sensory stuff is an issue, get it to go!

I have been going to Fat Dragon for years and still is my go to place for chicken wings and dumplings. However, there is a problem of consistency of food here. Some days the food is better than others. The best day to come is Monday. The entrees is big enough that you can share with someone so are the appetizers. They have a great beer selection and cocktails are tasty. Fairly priced restaurant compared to Peter Changs.

Not your typical chinese food, and its AMAZING. I wish we were locals because we would definitely be regulars here. The menu items listed spicy actually have spice!! The atmosphere is nice and the service is great. Really loved this place

Richmond needed a quality Chinese food place. I really haven't had anything close to this good around town in some time now. Citrus Chicken and Basil Beef were fantastic. Also had bbq pork fried rice. Definitely going back to try their Ramen bowls.

Pricing, food and cocktails never disappoint!! The setting seamlessly accommodates large/small groups and individual drinkers/diners. The menu is diverse and I have a looong list of favorites! The ambiance is inviting and upbeat (music, artwork, floor plan). I love inviting 1st timers and they are always pleased.

Literally the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. I came to Virginia and just wanted to find a unique place to eat and I looked up Chinese restaurants in Richmond and this place popped up. I really enjoyed the dry rub wings and the large portion size to price ratio! Please try the basil beef if you really like black pepper and don’t be afraid to bring friends or family because you guys can share portions!

Love the food and drinks here. One of my favorite spots. The numb numb pepper steak is so yummy. I got the calamari one time and it was delicious but the next time I got it, it wasn't nearly as good. So I guess that's hit or miss.

My wife and I went here for dinner and really enjoyed it. The food was very good with large enough portion sizes to take some home. The service was also quick and very attentive. We will be going back!
